This annual event is held at the Lido Green next to the Hampstead Lake. A fun time for Hampstead homeowners to get to know each other with seasonal crawfish, live music, swimming, and fun for our neighborhood families!

Hampstead Food Truck Takeovers are held in the Spring and Fall. Think weekend afternoons complete with local food vendors and live music in the beautiful setting of Hampstead’s Town Center. Details to be announced soon for upcoming dates.
Taste of Hampstead | Hampstead Community Realty
Taste of Hampstead is a Wine and Art Festival celebrating the arts, artists and makers in a walkable, community setting. Enjoy
wine and food tastings, live music, artist demos, and artist’s work and wine selections available for purchase.
Presented in conjunction with TASTE and Hampstead Community Realty. This event typically takes place in the Fall and is held on the Great Lawn by Hampstead Lake (corner of Lake Edge Street and Long Acre).
Halloween at Hampstead
This annual community gathering brings children and families of all ages together on October 31st to celebrate the magical and the adventurous. Hampstead's walkable design comes to life as sidewalks fill with goblins and ghouls in search of candy from neighbors and friends. Our annual party ends at The Tipping Point.
Speaker Series
The Hampstead Institute promotes concepts and discussions to inspire vibrant community growth for the future. We speak directly to industries involved in transforming neighborhoods using efficient and creative design and development techniques. Our Speaker Series spreads the theory and importance of New Urbanism and Smart Growth to community leaders, schools, residents, and the public at large to improve quality of life on a variety of levels. Past speakers have included planner and architect Andrés Duany of DPZ & Co. and author James Kunstler. The next Speaker Series will be announced soon.

This annual event is held at the Lido Pool to celebrate the end of Summer. A fun time for Hampstead homeowners to get to know each other with a local pig roast, live music, swimming, and fun for our neighborhood families!
Community Event | Hampstead Homeowner Holiday Party
The Hampstead Institute sponsors the annual Hampstead Homeowner Holiday Party, which begins with a festive children’s Holiday Parade from Hampstead Lake up Long Acre Street and ends at The Tipping Point. Here, neighbors share hot chocolate, cookies, food and drinks - and Santa Claus makes his grand entrance to kick off the Holiday Season!
Hampstead Taste & Tour
Each year Hampstead homeowners open up their Homes and Kitchens for the annual Hampstead Taste & Tour! A benefit for a local non-profit, guests tour beautifully decorated, private homes with delicious food & drink tastings throughout. Homes tours are from 4 - 7 P.M. The tour ends at The Tipping Point in the Town Center from 7 - 8 P.M. with music, prize draws and drinks.
Hampstead 5K Fun Run
The 1st Annual 5K Fun Run and 1 Miler will be announced soon. In partnership with the Hampstead Athletic Club.
